Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu a Nigerian political economist, lawyer has condemned the Senate act of using 36 Billion to renovate the National Assembly.
The former United Nations official, and professor in international business and public policy at the Tufts University Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy made his stance on the 36 Billion Allotted bill to renovate the National Assembly.
President Muhammadu Buhari came under fire hours after he signed on his birthday the N10.59 trillion 2020 budget, as he offered too generous gift to the National Assembly: a N37 billion fat envelope to renovate the complex
However, his N37billion gift to the National Assembly has incensed many Nigerians, especially with comparisons made about what the fund could do in other spheres of national life.
